Yes, they're very pricey but Trimix gives my horrible pain, swelling and scarring. I'm considering asking my doc for a script for Muse to try it out.
Is it possible to split the muse dosage from 1000 to 500? I know it comes in a stick so not sure how this would work.

It would be good if you could get just a small amount of Muse to try. If you're like many men, it won't work for you - it certainly didn't for me, and it was painful to boot. As far as most are concerned, Muse is an acronym for Must Use Something Else.

TX: As Dave, I had no luck with Muse. It come in three strengths, 250, 500, and 1000mcg. If you want to try it, I'd recommend the 500mcg strength. If you need more, go to two pellets. The way it is packaged, splitting a pellet is not very practical. It comes in an applicator that you insert into the urethra and press a little plunger to insert. I too, had pain with it and little effectiveness with an erection.

You guys might want to look at Trimix Gel (Google Trimix Gel) instead of Muse. It's called "Trimix" but the levels of Papaverine and Phentolamine are so low as to be insignificant, so it is essentially the same as Muse or Caverjet (Prostaglandin) and about 1/2 the price.

I've tried it, but gave up because 1) it is too expensive and 2) doesn't work very well. They make it at 1000, 1500 and 2000 mcg of PGE-1.
