Does the Titan expand girth ?

Thinking the Coloplast titan would be best for me with a venous leak to at worst maintain girth at best increase it?

Any thoughts ?

In general most implantees report greater girth with a titan. I recommend going with a top surgeon and they'll recommend a particular device.

I'm still a day away from activation, but the increase in girth is very obvious. As far as I am concerned, the decision Dr. Caesar and I made to use a Titan was deliciously correct.

It has often been said that Titan is a better choice for those who are very well hung, but I disagree. I am obese and have always been downright tiny when flaccid, and the Titan is perfect. My flaccid length is obviously much longer, and I can actually find it without a search party and a map. Good-bye to the hiding turtle.

The Titan expands girth over my previous penis configuration even when uninflated, but it increases girth immensely when inflated. It gets wider; so it's like an oval shape.

Thank you for you detail, can I ask do you still get blood flow or do you rely on the implant for erections ?

I'm sure there is blood flow in my penis. Otherwise it would die and fall off. There is no erectile tissue left, however, because that is removed to make room for the implant.

I'm 43 and can tell you that girth will increase with a Titan and it's so much harder than the AMS.
Younger women and all women love girth more than length and harder is better...

Gollam, I will be activated this morning. I'll answer your question later today. As of right now, the erection left from surgery feels exactly like an erection. So far, this has been a positive experience.
