Penile Rehabilitation in preparation for implant surgery
I've read a lot in this forum about a VED regimen prior to implant surgery to insure optimal results regarding length and width. Has anyone done any penile traction therapy prior to surgery to restore lost length and is it recommended?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.
