Tighten a Loosened Crus?
With all the talk about how the proximal tip of am implant can loosen in the pelvic crus over time, (in the thread "Dr Eid on RTEs") I begin to wonder if the crus can be tightened by exercise or other preventive action, or surgery less invasive than a revision, by a revision, or can it be tightened at all?

Anyone who has ever had artificial sphincter surgery can tell you that you never want to have surgery down there if you can avoid it. Go w/o tip extenders and the cylinder will expand in the crus. My LGX got huge down there.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
