Jelqing injuries?

I didn't jelq but a girl kind of did something similar to my erect penis, which tore the buck's fascia (not confirmed surgically, but this is what I believe). Anyone who injured their dicks with penis enlargement exercises like jelqing all have very similar symptoms:

- Hard flaccid
- Loss of EQ
- Loss of size
- Tight, constrictive feeling when erect
- Reduced morning and noctural erections

Etc. Have any of you guys had an implant that fixed your problem? My issue is that the implant is placed below the fascia, and that because of this an implant won't help blast through whatever is causing the constriction.
