Vacuum Pump Before Surgery
Hi all....my surgery is tomorrow.... just finished vacuum pumping and was wondering how long prior to surgery should I pump, or rather shouldn't? I'm talking hours before surgery and not duration. Never asked surgeon, but want to get the best stretch, volume posible. I know I'll never be as big post surgery as pumped pre-surgery, but you can't blame a guy for trying. Pumped length is 7.25. 6.25 girth. unpumped 6ish by 5.5... haven't had a natural, hard erection for many, many years so I could be a little off on my healthy hard on days. Any advice? Thanks!
Born 1958. AMS CX - 18cm + 2cm RTEs. Implanted 5/22/17 by Dr John Carroll Of SE Mass. ED for 20 years Venous leak. Tried all PDE5 drugs with little success.

Dude,
I pumped for 2 horrible years. I pumped up and had sex the day before my surgery. My Urologist is tops. I'm 7 months post opp and have regained my pre op length using my Donnie Bryan Method (stretching routine). 6.25 girth (dam that's a thick dick) Blessings on your surgery. Keep us posted.
