After cycling 132 days have you had any improvement in length and girth or was that maxed out much earlier? My Titan still gets rock hard at about 15 pumps, I press on and get as many 1/2 pumps a possible. I have not noticed any improvement on size although I pump until it burns like hell and keep it fully erect until I can't take the pain. I read that one guy used pliers to squeeze more pumps, I'm not that desperate at this point, ha!!!

It's a tough one....I feel that lengthwise I reached my maximum at least 6 weeks ago and I am definitely not 'longer' than before my surgery.
At 62, and having had moderate ED for a couple of years, I now measure 170 mm-which for you guys is around 6 and 3/4 inches. To be honest I only ever considered myself average anyway and didn't bother measuring myself prior to the operation so I don't have a benchmark.
I was aware of the possibility of losing some length however my surgeon didn't seem too concerned and anyway my main aim was to have a penis that would get and stay erect for sex. To be almost 7 inches long at age 62 is more than enough for me.
Girth is an interesting question, I never ever measured it before but have now, and at 1/3 of the length away from my body it's 142 mm or 5 and 1/2 inches. I don't know what is normal or average for girth but it seems to keep my very sexual GF smiling. I can say clearly that the profile of my penis just behind the glans is slightly flatter...girth may well be similar as to pre-op but the implants, at that position in my penis have altered the shape. It's not noticeable during intercourse but is during masturbation.
A footnote: It seems rounder rather than slightly flat after Miss H has been sucking it for a while....a habit of hers I definitely have become accustomed to over the last 12 months. Obviously the conclusion one must come to is that oral sex encourages greater blood flow to that part of the penis than jerking it with ones own hand!
H did once comment that her ex was a bit longer than me but guess what? He has ED at 54 and isn't the type to get an implant, she now has a boy with a toy that is hard and warm and ready for her for as long as she wants whenever she wants.....

As I mentioned previously my surgeon told me to keep cycling to the 'pain point'.....and that growth would continue over a 12 month time frame. For some reason I thought I had reached maximum inflation when the pump feels solid. From last night I discovered my old friend 'the burn' is still there...just waiting to be reignited..I will embrace it and see what happens....that fluid in there has to go somewhere.....outward, upward and onward I hope
