sensitivity after orgasm

With no implant, usually the glans gets very sensitive (may be to the point that it cannot be touched) after having an orgasm and has to stop everything for a while.
What would it be like with an implant? Does it feel the same and has to stop for a while with the erection still going or how else would you feel?
ED many years, failed PDE5i, on Trimix but recently needing large increasing strengths and doses

My sensitivity is also off the charts. Orgasms since implant are mind blowing. I am dry (no ejaculate) due to having my prostate removed but i gotta say, they really are intense !

I was a grower. Now a show er. And a screamer. Orgasms are earth shattering! I'm dry too but who cares.

I think the "super orgasms" are the result of the combination of RP and Implant. All the guys having them are post RP (I think). I call mine "3 Stooges Orgasms". As the girl continues to ride me to, through and past orgasm.....the throbbing spasms continue until I'm "whimpering" and making Three Stooges noises.... The girls are usually very entertained by them. Sometimes I'll say 'no, you don't need to call 911.

Unfortunately, I don't have an orgasm every "outing". Since my most recent revision, I'm probably about 50% successful. Fortunately, I keep trying...... ‰ is up recently and I am (whimperingly) very encouraged. I did have a long long whimpering orgasm yesterday.
