Hello all. Older (64) guy here with slight ED brought about by jelqing. I think I have venous leakage now. I have it somewhat under control with low dose cialis (5mg) and viagra (20mg) which gives me a low quality erection. The real fix seems to be a c-ring though. I have been experimenting making some stainless steel hybrid rings that have some features of the horseshoe style and another nice design that conforms to the body. My only problem is that I have huge testicles that just slip through a 2" steel ring. Once on fit is perfect for all day wear and when aroused my erection is rock hard.

Welcome Colchester. I do not understand what your problem is. If your big balls fit through the ring and you get a rock hard erection, that sounds great to me.

No real problem except that it takes some doing to put over each testicle either putting on or taking off. If I go with a larger ring, I don't think it will be as effective getting me rock hard.
