I was curious about the difference in the quality of erections when using VEDs compaired to injections.

I don't pump a lot, but I can tell you that my erections using trimix are on the WOW level. With the pump, they're just very nice.

Well, what is your take on the difference in EQ between the two methods?

For me With a VED you can certainly get pretty superior length and girth and the glans can really get good and engorged. With tight rings and starting at EQ 110% it starts going down slowly over 10-20 mins and the more vigorously you use it (by yourself or with a partner) the quicker it softens.

With shots/Trimix you still get 100% hardness (for hours if you wish), but for me the glans is not quite fully inflated (and the Canvernosa Urethra does not really inflate as it would in a real erection). Some people report full inflation there tho.

I am only using the VED, don't have any experience with injections. Trying to make up my mind to go that direction. I'm not fully satisfied with the VED, once the vaccuum is released, it starts to deflate. I did see something about the trimix gel, that looks promising, no needles.

Yes I tried Trimix-Gel before shots also. Works pretty well but frightfully expensive at $25 per sploosh.

But, it can be a useful supplement if you are already doing shots (by making the Diluted Trimix-Gel solution for every day rehab use).

So ... keep on experimenting ...

I have been pumping for about two years. With Viagra and a tight constriction band (Osbon), I can achieve a 100% erection. Without constriction, the best I can achieve is 75%. However, the constriction has to be removed every 15 minutes and my penis feels slightly bruised and often generates a "doughnut" with constriction which lasts for several hours. This is the reason I switched to injections.

The Trimix provides me with a 95% plus erection which lasts for 1.5 to 3 hours , depending on the dosage, without the need to take Viagra. My prescription plan covers 15 Viagra pills every 75 days at a co-pay of $80. So far my plan covers 100% of the Trimix and I pay $10 shipping per vial, about 30 injections.

I still pump on "off days" and occasionally pump on Trimix days to increase girth.
