I got a revision in Dec. 2016 from Dr. Morey. In addition to needing the recision because of another Dr.s error, I had prostate and urethra problems. Dr. Morey took care of everything and I am now totally happy with the results. He and his assistants were always there when I needed them. Good luck with your plans, regardless who you use.
Implanted Dec 2016 by Dr. Morey, UTSW Dallas. AMS 700. BPH caused problems so Supra Pubic Catheter and Urolift Prostate implants. End results great. Botched implant by Dr. in Waco, TX 2006. After 10 years, went to Dr. Morey who made me whole.

How could you possibly be happy? Your doctor is not a high volume implant surgeon :)

I somewhat agonized over my decision to have him do my implant because of a post by a patient of his on here. I researched him thoroughly and was impressed with his professional standing. I've had 19 surgeries now with 6 surgeons at 5 hospitals. The UT Southwestern hospital has by far the finest surgeons in my opinion. One surgeon there returned my body to full normal functioning again after the last surgeon refused to touch me when the procedure they did went horribly south. Doctors there routinely make the Texas Monthly magazine annual list of the 100 best doctors in Texas.

At my first appointment with Dr. Morey I confronted him about allegations made about him on this forum. He calmly answered me in a suitable manner. I asked him about the allegation he doesn't do his own surgeries but oversees training surgeons. He said Kramer and Eid are also training surgeons and many of their patients go into surgery unaware of this. Apparently it's very common. He also told me he has done a number of revisions on former Kramer and Eid patients as well.

Perhaps the most telling thing about the kind of man he is was when he asked if he could hold hands with my wife and I and prayed before surgery. After my extensive experiences in hospital operating settings, I was very impressed with Morey. I guess the ONLY thing I completely hated was being activated by a nurse who somewhat manhandled my pump causing unnecessary pain at the time. She told me after 6 six weeks if I couldn't handle it I'd have to wait another 2 weeks. No way. I said we're doing this!

I have an appointment with Morey in December as the last follow up. I will get to ask then about my concerns with how my dick seems to hinge at a very hard structure at the base. On one side I can feel the tube leading to the pump and it has a visible bump on my erect dick. On the other side the same point is further down in my ball sack. It's not an issue insofar as the functioning of the implant. It does however dispel comments I've read about how an implant can't be detected by a woman holding your dick. If I were getting a handjob the bump would be immediately felt. Also the bulb of the pump visibly protrudes from the very bottom of my scrotum. I guess that is a blessing since I've never had to pull the pump down as some have had to do. All in all I'm content with what Morey did for me. After all, I'm having the best sex of my life now by a very wide margin. Finally, he told me if I cycle every day and ever need a revision he could most likely increase the length by 3 cm. I'm extremely happy with the length as it is but more is always better, right?

He sounds like a pretty stand up guy to me. All docs have patients out there talking smack about them... nobody's perfect... NOBODY!!! :)
