Why Am I Ejaculating Very Little?
Why Am I Ejaculating Very Little?
In addition to having ED I also have problem with ejaculation. When I'm able to have an erection, I ejaculate very little semen. What could be the reasons and what have you guys tried to reverse this to ejaculate a lot more?
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.
Re: Why Am I Ejaculating Very Little?
Dear Friend,
The semen is mainly produced by the prostate gland and two more glands and the testicles. If you had those removed, radiated or went through chemo that will greatly influeance the volume of the ejaculate.
But even in healthy men the amount of ejaculte gets reduced with age, the level of excitement and the quality and the frequency of sex. If we have sex three time in a row on the same day the ejaculte will be less and less until you give your glands enough time to fill up again.
I got my rectum cancer radiated and those glands were very close to the cancer so they got damaged. Also the chemo kills the gland cells too. I have very little ejaculate too but thank God it doesn't take away from the quality of the orgasm. Of course I'd love to shoot a big load each time the female seems to be permanent.
Hopefully it's not a big issue for you either.
All the best.

If you still shoot be happy. Before implant I was a dribbler , at least now I shoot some. Not a lot but some.

If you take something for BPH, like Flomax, that can reduce the amount of semen.
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

I've posted in here before about this. In my 20's and 30's I used to be able to propel a load to the ceiling almost. Seemed like it would never stop flowing! At age 64 it's only a distant memory cumming in at about a fourth of the old volume. It's so unfair the changes age brings. I think we should get better with time. Too bad I wasn't God!
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"
Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"
Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)
Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."
Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)
If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.
