I have been injecting Trimix with great success for almost a year now and haven’t had a failure in months. Last time it failed was when I tried to switch to 31g needles. Since I went back to 28g has been great.
Last night I did the routine and NOTHING! My girl was waiting for me in bed with sexy lingerie on, two pig tails with pink ribbons (she is 26 don’t worry lol) which of course drives me crazy every time. I got the usual drop of blood on the skin so it went in, but after 10 minutes of massaging nothing. No partial swelling, no bump under the skin, none of the usual signs of a failed injection.
So I went back to the freezer and got another frozen syringes, put it in my mouth to thaw, did the injection on the other side and bingo. Then 2 hours of amazing wild sex. My erection was complete, painless and went away after the usual 3 hours like clock work.
I suspect 2 things:
I tried a spot too close to the base this time.
But my suspicion is that since I’m down to the button of the vile and I only use 4 units I may have only sucked up air when fill the syringe. I have pretty bad close up vision but I used reading glasses.
Next time I’ll inspect the string better and soon I order my new vile. This one cost me $200, but gave me one year of joy and satisfaction with over 120 injections. I really appreciate what medical science can do.

Re: First Cimplete Failure in Months.
Funny (OK not so funny), but I had a total failure this morning also. It's the first time since going to the stronger formula. I did get an ache for several hours, and slight plumpness, but obviously, I missed the spot. If not, it'll have to be the end of this ED chapter.
I didn't feel a decreased resistance like I usually do with successful injections, but injected anyway.
I'll try again on Wednesday if my wife can wait that long.
She would never admit that lol.

Re: First Cimplete Failure in Months.
Make it three of us! I had my first "failure to launch" in many months just last week. have been injecting Alprostadil for over 4 1/2 years with just 2 other failures in that time. The reliability is certainly part of the appeal for me and for my wife. it was really strange how i injected as usual (I thought) then got in to bed, in no rush, letting it happen. And it didn't! just like the old days! (Note I didn't call them the "good old days".
I thought of everything that might have gone wrong and there was nothing, except that I might have injected too far up my shaft rather than close to the base , and like one of the others posting here on this, I felt some resistance from start to finish of injecting. Usually I just feel it at the moment the syringe sticks, then none at all as I push it in. good news was that when I masturbated the next day I was fine, if anything cumming stronger than usual, and "usual" is very strong.
INteresting coincidence that all 3 of us, happy long-term injectors failed on nearly the same day ! Must have been something in the air !

Injections for 5 years PGE-1 (Alprostadil) 40 mcg /ml. Trying Tri Mix (20-2-30 . Hope is shift in meds will restore some sensitiviy. Enjoy sharing openly withother "EDguys". Love the site, informative and entertaining too!
Re: First Cimplete Failure in Months.
Interesting that the two of you felt increased resistance but continued to inject. Don't do that! If you suspect plunger resistance pull the plunger out just a tine bit to break the plunger resistance. Then try depressing again. If you still get the resistance try deeper or even try withdrawing a bit to a slightly shallower depth. That's just my non-medical opinion and I'm probably no more of an expert than you guys are so base the value of my opinion with that in mind.
Good luck!

Re: First Cimplete Failure in Months.
There may have a couple things contributing to my failure to launch.
I had more to drink the day before, and was also injecting into a totally flaccid penis.
I do agree that I shouldn't have injected while feeling resistance.
I'll try to plump up a bit tomorrow, but did drink a bit too much again today.
It's hard to play golf and not drink too much lol.

Re: First Cimplete Failure in Months.
Not a failure but last injection I did manage to drill a blood vessel and cause a small hematoma. I haven't done that in ages. I specifically looked to make sure I was avoiding them but still managed to drill through one. I also ran out of my small .3ml/cc syringes and had to use .5ml/cc syringes. There is a surprisingly big difference in plunger resistance between the two. I had forgotten about that. The lack of resistance with the .3ml/cc syringes sure does make it easier to feel the tissue resistance when determining placement.
