infra scrotal or infra pubic entry??

Selected a hi volume dr at a major university in LA.He has been doing them for 36 years. He uses infra pubic approach. Seen Dr Eid and Kramer infra scrotal. ?? advantage or disadvantage of infra pubic method ??

It is my understanding that the Penoscrotal method provides the doctor with a better situation for precise sizing and pump placement. Also, Infrapubic seems to have a higher chance of nerve damage causing some loss of sensations or numbness. That said, there are high volume doctors who use Infrapubic successfully. From what I have seen here it appears more guys have revisions to reposition their pumps when Infrapubic was used. Again, a doctor was a lot of experience generally doesn’t have the inherent problems.

There is a third option called natural scar or deglove. That what I had.
