Would like to try daily low / medium level vacuum therapy to see if it helps with ED originally caused by Diabetes. Blood levels all good now, but ED not improved yet.
Can anyone suggest an electric pump with user setting to set and maintain different (low / medium) vacuum pressures?
Previously purchased one from China (via AliExpress), but although pump is of good quality, the vacuum levels are pre-set and far too high.
Would prefer supply from UK / EU but happy to buy from China, provided that I know it is what I want.
USB rechargeable preferred

How about something like this added somewhere on your pump? (or even threaded right thru a hole the cylinder).

Re: ‘Programmable’ Pump Required
The Mytyvavac dp4000 is probably the best programmable pump available. However, it is quite expensive.
My advice would be to get a manual pump with a vacuume gauge and do manual pulse pumping - two minutes at 5 hg and reduce vacuume fo 30 seconds at 2 hg and repeat for 15 to 20 minutes, twice a day

I very much agree. I got a manual pump in a sex store for $60 and it works great. One thing I really like about it is that I can release just a little bit.. no pre-set numbers.
