My implant is now one week old!

Pain, particularly around the groin area, has disappeared. It has been replaced by soreness along the shaft area and the scrotum, presumably as the inner healing takes place.

Keeping the implanted penis in an upright position inside underwear is an ongoing challenge, sitting down with a 'third testicle' needs to be done gingerly, and though driving was ok, getting in and out of the car was excruciating.

The groin area on the left hand side of my penis is harder to the touch and seems to have some stuff in there - reservoir? Tubes? And the pump seems to be positioned closer to my left testicle rather than in the centre. I wifi be seeing the surgeon on Thursday so will check that the positioning of the bits are ok.

Though I have not measured them, girth seems to be greater in semi inflated state, I can feel the tips of the rods in my glans so hopefully length will be ok too.

Still playing around with different types of underwear to get the best comfortable fit

Just need to be patient now.

I have a AMS 700 CX. Unpumped, I definitely have more girth but pumped up it's fine. A CX is supposed to expand in girth over time. An implanted dick will never be flaccid again. The implant fills it out. My flaccid was 2 or 3 inches. My implanted dick is 6". My erection is 7". Maybe our Titan brothers can tell you more about girth.
