Did your Doc do an injection Pre-Op to check size?

I was reading James' Journal post and he said Dr Eid did an injection Pre-Op to see his full natural size. It makes sense to do that. I am hoping my doc will, but I don't know. Is this normal procedure? Did your doc do this?

Mine did not. Just a stretch test.

At my pre-op appointmemt my surgeon did the stretched flaccid measurement to give me an approximation of size with the implant. Thankfully, in my case, the actual size he measured once he made the incision was longer.

Don't know. I was sleeping. He may have because my surgery was perfect and I lost no size. In a video I saw. It looked like the dilation tool also measures.

Mine did not, just an estimate based of a stretch test.
It's only going to be an estimate until you are opened up.

These tests, injection or stretch are done pre op. Not on the day of surgery.

My Urologist and I talked about implants. He stretched me, said I was a good size and that was that. No measure was taken. I woke up with a mummy dick. I now have a nice 6" deflated and 7" erection. The doctor measured me during surgery, determined the size of the implant and if RTEs we're necessary. No measuring before surgery. Not all Urologists are the same. I couldn't be more pleased with my results.
