Nocturnal Erections drive me crazy, though I have erection problems!

Postby michaeleurope1 » Tue Apr 17, 2018 3:52 pm

Hello!

For the last 6 months I expierence a phenomenon that drives me crazy and I cant find out what happenes here.

Two years ago, a stupid "photodynamic therapy" on my prostate to treat my prostatitis must have gone wrong somehow, since then I suffer from erection problems; you can read my very unique story here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9644

To my problem:

Every night I wake up almost every 60-90 mins with a rock hard erection, if I stay in bed there is no chance at all to get it down; it would start hurting like a priapism. If I sleep too long, my member hurts like after a 2 hours fuck. The only chance to get him flaccid is to stand up, walk around and pee. So far, so quite normal, but:

At the same time I suffer from serious erection problem! I hardly get him up when I am awake. I take no Cialis, no PDE 5, except some L-Aginin. My hormones are quite normal.

It seems that these unnatural erections have increased my curve in the hard penis, but my urologist claims that its no IPP.

Any advice?

I am not a doctor, but it sounds like a venous leak big time.

Thanks, but a Dopler Ultrasound was quite normal, and Doc says if I had a venous leak, the night erections wouldnt maintain so long... why you think it could be a venous leak?

Standing up = loss of erection .
I’m way out of my area of expertise. Can Doppler be done standing up?
I know there are guys who have posted here that they could get an erection laying on their back but lose it as soon as they stood up.
Maybe one of them can add something...

no, no, i can get erections even when I am standing...

but there night erections are crazy, and no one can explain why they
occour....

btw its not healty to wake up 5 times a night...

I may be one of those guys you referred to. I now have an implant, but suffered from a pretty severe Venous Leak for years. Although I had similarities to Michael’s story, it was different. I could only get an erection while on my back. I had rock hard nocturnal erections several times a night, but mine didn’t hurt. Whether the erection was self-induced or nocturnal, it was already soft by the time I was upright. I did not have to pee to get it to go away.

Michael, I sure hope you can find out what the problem is and get help. I know how frustrating it is from my own experience.

thanks! i have been to 2 urologists, both claim that ultrasouns shows no VL, and they claim that so frequent night erections also that there is no VL, cause in this case the member wouldnt hold the blood that long.... all other tests (mrt of penis, bloodstream mrt of veins) showed nothing. though i dont think all that is psychic, on the other hand i have good and bad days...

I'm not a doctor or medical professional so what I'm posting here is just wild speculation.

I know nothing about your condition. I can empathize with the stress and worry the condition must be causing you. Could Stuttering Priapism apply to you?
