First Sexual Encounter

Postby Cartman » Tue Apr 05, 2022 4:17 pm

I am anxiously awaiting for my doctor's green light to engage in sex again with my wife on April 18th.

I became bionic on March 4th 2022 and have been cycling since March 21st. Everyday that passes my implant feels less uncomfortable. I believe that when April 18th comes, I will be drastically less sensitive that I presently am.

Still have my penis pointing up and stitches feel good, no pain or discomfort there.

Just wanted to hear from you guys's first sex encounter after implant.

Is it going to be amazing? or should I expect some sort of discomfort and that will eventually go away?

I feel like a virgin waiting for the prom

I was cleared for sex 6 weeks out. I was fucking 15 minutes after I got home from the doctor. For me the sex was pain free and it was pretty aggressive because I was raging horny  The only real pain I had early on, was in the glans after an hour or so of being inflated. That went on for a while whether pumped up for sex or cycling and doesn't happen anymore. But all guys heal differently, so your mileage may vary. You are gonna' love it!

Sex wasn't that good at first.

For about two months after I got the green light, I experienced pain, lack of sensitivity, and discomfort in some combination when I had sex.

Those feelings got better as those two months went by. By 4 1/2 to 5 months after the surgery, sex felt good almost every time.

So, as SteveSW said, guys differ.

My doc greenlighted me at about 3 weeks plus or minus 2 days.
I carefully had sex 2 days early, but took it very easy with no ill effects.

I'm a Peritoite, so I was back to fucking two weeks after surgery. Not gonna lie, my dick was sore at that point, particularly where the cylinder tips pushed into the glans. I could only keep it fully inflated for 10-15 minutes before the pain became unbearable. Luckily, my first post-surgery session was a "trial run" I had set up ahead of time with a chick who knew I was getting implanted and volunteered to let me break it in on her. This allowed me to eat the pussy to get it wet, then pump my dick up and go to town before I got too sore. If I'd been with a chick who didn't know about the implant and I'd tried to simulate a natural encounter, particularly one with a drawn-out foreplay session, I don't think it would have worked. That said, now that I'm seven months out, I'd bet my house I could fuck any girl who doesn't work in the field of urology and she'd never know about the implant.

Did you have infrapubic or scrotal implant, just to see if there is a time difference between the two as to how fast you can resume sex. I’m going infrapubic and the doctor said sex in about 3weeks but that may be a little early

First sex was a blow job 3 weeks post-op before I started pumping up. Pain free and pretty awesome. I was a little slow healing, so first intercourse came as soon as I started cycling at 6 weeks. Minor soreness in the glans. Sensitivity was amazing. I'd forgotten what it was like to have sex and not have to worry about staying hard. I can't overemphasize how nice this is. Be patient, don't worry, and enjoy!

Zozo,

I
Don’t think it is a big issue but do you know if the infrapublic leaves a big scar?

Or anyone that might tell us

My doctor said a 1” scar just above the pubic bone, or the base of penis I had a scrotum reduction a few years ago and I can tell you that hurt more than my peyronies surgery. So I don’t know if the scrotum way of doing the implant hurts worse and is why they take longer (from what I’ve read) to heal, start cycling or to have sex.
