Why are there different sizes of VED cylinders?

Postby edwardl007 » Tue Jan 08, 2019 11:18 am

I bought a medical grade pump - osbourne i think - and did not know about different sizes. What does the size of the cyclinder have to do with the pumping? Mine is 8.5 inches long and about 2.5 inches wide. Of course i do not need it that long or wide but it seems to work.

If the cylinder is too big, scrotal tissue can get sucked up into the cylinder as you evacuate the air with the pump. Pinching this tissue this way can HURT! If the cylinder diameter is matched to the diameter of your erection, then the scrotal tissue does not get sucked in.

Yeah, different size cylinders for different size dicks. If you suck your balls in it, it will get your attention. But a little large is good as you skin isn't necessarily dragging along the inside of the tube as much. Of course you still need lubrication. If you haven't yet you may find some manscaping can be very helpful. But you said it seems to work with whatever it is you're doing, so carry on.

My EnecAid Pump System comes with a color that fits over the end to provide comfort. In addition. There is a smaller collar that fits inside the standard collar for guys with smaller dicks.

However, it usually only takes a few minutes under vacuum to generate a nice erecrion and not enough time to suck in excess scrotal skin or. God forbid, a trsticle - ouch.

The unit I use is a Soma, it as 4 cylinder sizes,(A B C & XL) basically they cover from 4.5" to 8" inch girth, all take up to 8 " long penis, so you go for the cylinder that's just a little bigger than your girth.

My problem with the cylinder size is that I'm very much a grower. The cylinder that is so big it's capable of sucking in my nuts when starting is too tight around my base when pumped up. I make do.

If you place a doubled over rubber band around your scrotum, above your balls, it will prevent ball suck in.
