Nothing really seems to work, need a little help

After my surgery with seed implants 3 years ago it has been a slow progression of ED. Tried the cavojet, gave me 3/4 and was then given trimix with same results. went up to 50 units although dr. said some folks use 100. is there any mixture better than another and would doubling the dose of trimix amount to anything ?

I did not get good results until I hit 45 units. Since your doc feels comfortable with up to 100 units, I think it would be safe to move in 10 unit increments until you get what works to your satisfaction. Trimix seems to have a cumulative effect so it is possible you may not need to go too much higher. Once you reach an effective dosage, you can usually start to reduce the dosage until you reach an effective lower dose.

Thanks, for the info. I am also posting the trimix formular, perhaps someone can tell me is this is the standard mixture, or if something could work better

Phentolamine 10 mg/10ml
Prostaglandin 100mcg/10ml

Your concentration seems to be double mine. Mine is per ml so if you multiply my concentration by 10 we will be on a level playing field:

Papaverine. 18/ml
Phentolamine. 0.6 mg/ml
Prostaglandin. 5.88 mcg/ml
