How to dress

Postby needhelp » Thu Feb 14, 2019 2:18 pm

Got a question for you clever guys. During post op your kept a % inflated for 3 -4-6 weeks. Some guys have to go back to work. If you have to wear a suit what do you do to hide it, if you can.
Also, after post op, if you get a Titan, when your flaccid, is there a wardrobe issue if your wearing a suit?

I may not really be all that clever but, I have had three implants, so a bit of experience with this....

Not having to wear a suit, I wore baggy black cargo pants (Wranglers - 19.95 at Target). I also have khaki Wranglers but, Post RP and Post implant, the black ones didn't show the drop of pee that I sometimes (rarely, now - whew!!) leak. Black is a good idea! At work, I didn't want my employees laughing 'the boss pissed his pants again'.

For undershorts, I bought Medium (34-36 waist) Fruit of the Loom jockeys. I usually wear Large (38-40). I wanted the smaller size to "hold" me in place better.

So for me...baggier pants, tighter jockeys.....

Good luck, man!

I was only inflated one day post op. The day after surgery the doctor removed my catheter and drain then deflated me. The problem is, for the first few weeks after surgery your dick is going to be pointed straight out. To combat this I wore the old whitey tighties. I don't wear suits but it didn't show too bad in jeans, the looser the better. If your pants are loose you shouldn't have too much of a problem. You can always keep your coat on or walk around with your hand in your pocket. At about 5 1/2 weeks mine was pointing down enough that I started wearing boxers. Now I just run it down a leg. It is more comfortable for me this way but more noticeable as well. Oh well, maybe it will help me find someone to help me break this thing in with.

Post-op, you should get a "pass" on strict adherence to your normal dress code. You don't have to say what the surgery was (there are privacy laws protecting employees), but only that you will be required to wear extra-baggy clothes. That should enable you to wear sweat pants, gym shorts or even a suit of armor  (as long as the clanking is not intrusive  ).

I stayed away from work 3 weeks. I only REALLY had to stay away a week, but that would have been just a bit uncomfortable for the second week. I decided to just take it easy on myself and no one questioned me. But our organization is not as formal as some - more formal than others. How formal is yours and does your job involve particular wardrobe (I assume you are not a clothes model or anything like that)?

Even before implant, I preferred to wear my penis pointed up, so the transition to post-implant positioning and wardrobe was easy. The jock strap (athletic supporter) provided by the hospital helped immensely, too.

the job I have now would be no problem as far as dress code goes, but I'm trying to get a different job (that will have a dress code) because my current position as you know will not cover implants.

Weazer you think a sport coat would hide it?

Lab coat, maybe?

People who carry a concealed firearm have a phrase to describe what you are asking about, "dressing around" the gun. Concealing s banana would have presented a similar level of difficulty to me in the first couple of weeks after implant.

Try concealing a banana. You can point it off to the side a little, and up, of course. This assumed that your surgeon will leave you inflated more than 60% or so.

Keep in mind that this is only what my single experience showed me. Others may have different opinions and experiences to relate.

I was left “up” for 6 weeks. My usual dress has always been boxers, button down shirt and dress pants with a belt. I modified some very tight sized briefs with a 1” band of elastic to support my penis without pressing on it too hard. The elastic was sewn to bunch up a section in the front of the brief waistband creating a space to keep the penis up and centered. I used suspenders under a polo shirt and no belt. This worked very well for me. Traveled to Europe 4 weeks after surgery. Usually got got frisked going thru security.
Cialis 2007, prostetectomy August 2009, Tried Muse, not good. Then combined vacuum device with trimix which worked well till 2016. LGX october 2017, Dr. Henery, Bossier City, La., Life is GOOD!!! Very pleased with the doctor and the results.

I have to wear a suit at work and it 's very tight. I can't take a vacation to recover.. I've already missed a lot of work because of the operation, so I'll have to put up with it. But I think I have found a solution to my problem. I found an online store called Seven deals, where I can order semi-sporting pants that look like classic ones. I think they'll fit my jacket and shirt. They are free-cut, so they shouldn't have to be tight. I'll order these pants a size bigger. Other stores have sweatpants, but they don't fit the jacket. And these pants look like classic ones , so this is a real salvation for me.

I have a huge problem with that. I teach for a living in full suit. I have a Titan totally deflated still huge. I wear smaller under armour boxer briefs. And only dark suits because you still can see him quite well. 22cm + 3 rte's girthy Titan. what's even worse than that in corporate America we are required to mingle with our customers off work just for that big deal. I have even had a few students asked if I was goth because I wore black all the time. I had mine done December 26th hopefully after 6 months it will soften up but the length and girth flaccid stays the same. It's a challenge...
