I am trying to get my old length back.
Been a long time, not sure it will work.
I have been using stretcher as long as I can daily.
Using it almost 2 years now.
Seen little if any improvement.
I went back to also using the VED. Been using it
for 20 minutes at 6Lbs, then 2-3 minutes at 3Lbs.
Been using it for awhile so I worked up to 20 minutes.
Sometimes slightly sore. Might be stretcher or the VED.
Not bad, have not taken anything for it. Just maybe skipped the
VED for a day or 2.
Should I use the VED 2 times a day at say 10 minutes each?
Any studies or theories about how to get best results?
Any Dr’s made recommendations?
6-7 days a week?
The implant Dr I saw said nothing would help.
Could be trying to get me in and out. Why wait to get paid.
Thank you
Bond

Re: How many times a day/how long?
Hey, I'm no expert on penis lengthening procedures, not even an apprentice at it. However, it seems to me if you haven't achieved results with the protocol you've been using you're not going to.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Re: How many times a day/how long?
This post might be useful. I wrote this with a pre-implant patient in mind, but I expect any E.D. sufferer would benefit from the protocols I mention here.
There are two protocols I think are advantageous. Both have been described in legitimate medical journals. One is Continuous Vacuum and the other is Intermittent Vacuum as pre-op therapy
Pre-op, I did both.
Continuous vacuum for 30 minutes twice a day for a minimum of 60 days pre-op.
Then I read a paper describing a slightly different protocol
Intermittent vacuum (pump to full -tolerable- vacuum for two minutes if I recall correctly and then release to zero vacuum and repeat) continuing for 30 minutes. The intermittent feature has the benefit of inducing more flushing of blood through your tissues. Supposed to help oxygenation for tissue health.
I continued following BOTH protocols until my surgery (14 months) with no discernable ill effects.
I did have two minor bouts of temporary edema caused by too much vacuum which could have happened under either protocol, but is probably more likely with the continuous vacuum. The worse one resolved within 3 days of suspending the protocol.
By the way, Dr. Eid told me (in 2017) that he does not RECOMMEND pre-op vacuum therapy, but opined that it would not hurt, so suggested I could if I wanted. My local urologist/surgeon said the same thing and prescribed the device for me when I asked. There is credible evidence in peer-reviewed medical journals that pre-op VED therapy DOES help with restoring (not increasing, but restoring/maintaining) penile size, elasticity and tissue health (by promoting blood flow flushing through the tissues). Anecdotal evidence in one of the papers indicates that it makes the implant surgery easier for both the surgeon (insertion during the operation) and the patient (less penile discomfort during the first days of recovery). Looks like a win to me.

Re: How many times a day/how long?
Not trying to be a contrarian, but having endured all the tortures a penis could endure, my 6-month pre-op VED experience did not result in any benefit to me. I used the 20 min/max vacuum plan several times a day. I would evacuate until it hurt and keep it at that level as long as possible, let it rest and go again. My doctor had not issued an opinion on the VED. My wife was quite accepting of me hanging out with my VED most of every evening as we watched TV or a movie. A vacuum enhanced penis LOOKS painful to her. Taking markings along the way, my max length increased about 3/4 inch and I was sure this would translate into a slightly longer implant and benefit. Wrong. Implants come in 3 cm increments, a little more than an inch and my increase did not impress my surgeon in the slightest. The jump from 18 cm to 21 cm was just too great for him to implant it. And as icing on the cake, because of the stretching that occurred, the tip of my implant just reached the corona of the glans, with a slightly floppy end. That was just after the surgery. By now my penis has contracted to the size of the implant and about an inch was lost. So, following RP I lost about an inch, following implant I lost about an inch, so I am more than two inches from my pre-RP length. I am sorry to have wasted my time on the VED; I had to try everything. And I stand here today a proud erect man with a penis that works just great. I still pump it up 1 to 2 hours a day to preserve what length I have. I do double pumping before and during my morning shower. I recommend that you not strain yourself with the VED. I had no benefit.
Aug'15: RP NON nerve-sparing on Rt. Pills, vac pump, injections: Injections were best, about 50%. Aug'17: Penile pain and headaches. Implant: AMS CX 18 cm+2 cm. (Undersized! ) Asked for LGX! Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, LA Still working great.

Yes, but did you lose any length or girth?

'Implants come in 3 cm increments, a little more than an inch and my increase did not impress my surgeon in the slightest. The jump from 18 cm to 21 cm was just too great for him to implant it.'
Why would he not consider the use of RTE's, that would have allowed 19cm or 20 cm options.
Am I missing something here?
