ejaculation
Hello group, first let me say that its nice to have such place to discuss very important private issues with other guys that are going through similar things . Now I am 40 years old and I noticed that with masturbation and intercourse that , I have less semen thick and sometimes have to squeeze my dick to make it the semen come out and went from squirting to dribbling .and I wanted to know could it possibly be that I have ejaculatory duct obstruction ? My twin brother does not have this issue he still squirting cum . Also I to had the implant surgery 3 years ago but this problem started about1 year ago . Any advice I would appreciate it my brothers.
Re: ejaculation
I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences or readings, at best and hallucinations and or delusions at worst. Internet forum advice is often worth no more than what you paid for it. Ask your doctor and follow his/her advice and instructions.
My first response and easiest solution is water intake. Make sure you're drinking enough water. It's real easy to let your water intake drop off and that can cause a number of problems. Kidney function comes to mind. Then there is also kidney stones. Been there!
Lessening ejaculate is also pretty common with ageing although 40 seems pretty young for that.
Definitely ask your doctor. Ejaculate is primarily a prostate function so you want to stay on top of that. At 40, keeping track of your PSA and having a digital prostate exam might be in order. Again, ask your doctor.
I'll end where I started. Check your water intake.
Good luck.
