Hi, I have used the Soma unit for over a year now, you have a choice of 4 cylinder sizes which cover a large range of girths, all will take a 8 inch long cock, not cheap but i find very good and simple to use,

Had searched a wide range of VED's and none would accommodate my erect girth. I will have to look at the Soma.
I even called to ask for a larger cylinder. One had a size larger, for way more money, and it didn't come with a larger cone for the cylinder.
