Try every possible injection therapy and then re-evaluate your next step if none of them work to your satisfaction. That's all I'm saying.

I'm 9 months post robotic surgery and I'm beginning to get morning partial erections when I have a full bladder. As soon as I pee it deflates, which is what happened before surgery. Hopefully it'll get better as time passes. I had nerve-sparing on the left side only.

Nov. 7th, 2011-First Alprostadil injection-100% erection-1 hour- with pain
Using 7 units (.07 ml) Bi-mix with no pain
Things are working naturally now after about a year and a half. No more injections for me.

Sounds familiar. I firmly believe Trimix has a therapeutic effect.
