Let me start by saying Im about 5 1/2 and not too thick. I never had any trouble satisfying women even those who were married or divorced from guys who had much larger than what I have to offer. So I think what counts is how its used and hardness. Since I started using Trimix my penis is rock hard while before it wasnt. My wife has noticed and said Im bigger. I read once that when women complain about size its usually too long not too short or thin. Of course women's size varies a lot too. SOme women can take only one finger while others 2 and 3. So maybe whats important also is to match size of partners.

Well, I used to be very concerned with size. I think no matter what size your penis is it never enough in your mind. One thing PC and ED has taught me is that as long as you have body parts that are able to wiggle and move you should be able to satisfy your partner. My wife seems to enjoy sex without penetration as much as before ED. For me personally having ED forced on me at age 56 almost over night seemed to reduce some of the pressure to perform. That is, after I seemed to fail at all the usual ED treatments. I would love to get an implant but being 59 and no insurance it may be a while. The point I am trying to make is penis size only matters in your own mind. ED has taught me that my wife likes foreplay, cuddling, kissing, touching, dirty talk and other stuff that will eventually end in multiple orgasms as much as she likes penetration. The biggest and best sex organ is your brain. Wouldn't it have been great to know that when you were 18.

Well at that age girls have different preferences as well
I know a few who would run away from a guy trying to make them kuni. All what mattered at that time was a hard dick that could work hours. As the time passes things get changed; and other preferences come to place. But at the young age the more "basic" the better would be. :D
Oh, and also "romantic talk" prior to hard dick work matters too

This morning I was playing around with my pump and Osbon tension band. After several sessions, I was able to increase the girth of my constricted penis by about 3/4" as compared to my "normal" erection. I could tell my wife was really enjoying the thicker sensation because she did not rush us as she normally does during morning cuddeling to get up and get the day started. However, she was feeling a bit under the weather and did not want to take it to the ultimate conclusion.

I get much better results when I can increase the level of passion. In her case, at least, passion is more erotic than size.

The comments above are some of the best I've read here on FT. It's good to hear that penis diameter (tight fit) appears to be more important than having that ultimate long penis (bottoming out inside of her) since mine is only about 5". It also was good to hear that giving her oral can get her to have strong orgasm.

Bigger guys must learn that with a longer penis, you can not just thrust with wild abandon doing what feels best. Doing this will poke your partner in the cervix....and that can cause significant pain. Consequently, since I have gotten older...and need more friction for orgasm...denying myself wild hard thrusting results in denying myself an orgasm during sex. Last time I had a vaginally stimulated orgasm I caused significant pain. Its been a long, long time. So, to answer your question....yes....excessive length can be a negative. I think, on the other hand, that great girth has advantages. And even if it is initially uncomfortable to the partner....the vagina will soon adjust to the thicker size. After all...a baby's head can pass through the birth canal. So big girth can be worked around as an issue and can become a positive. Just my own opinion from my own experience.

I agree with Genome, back when I was able to get a natural erection (8") my wife would complain about pain and having to practically start all over on the orgasm trail and many times not having one because of pain. Throughout the years there were positions she would refuse because of the discomfort. So many times I was basically only using four or five inches at any given time. I also agree that girth is what counts more than length. Had my IPP placed 6/21/12 and so far its only 5.5" in length. My wife watches me inflate and deflate, and says she is just so happy to see him standing straight up she can hardly wait to climb on board. ;)
55 years old. ED since 2002 total venous leakage after penile fracture. Tried all the pills and injections all failed to help. Some success with VED, but felt too unnatural to both of us, seldom used. Implanted 06/21/12. Trying to wear IT out.

Can we all agree that "hard" is the most important measurement of all?

I spoke to my wife about what she would be looking for the "penile matter".
Her first response, not even thinking was - hardness.
I asked - what about length?
She replied - Ehhh... but what about hardness? :D
Then I asked - does thickness matter?
She hesitated for a second and said - may be a bonus, but let's focus on hardness

I think penis size does matter especially thickness. A lot has to do with a woman's vagina size. Like men, they come in all sizes. I been with women who were tight and others loose. Therefore, maybe its important to match up a good fit. If a woman is small then a small penis will do fine for her. If not, she may need a larger one.

Also for some women a large penis size is mental thing. Just like some men who prefer large breasted women, some woman rather have a guy who is well hung.

Still my expereinces has shown that performance is the most important thing. When I wwas single, my 5 1/2" seemed to get the job done every time.
