i have finaaly been game to try a Vac pump, and it has made my water works clearer, which I believe there was some blockage all this time before.
unfortunately I can't get a hard on but funny enough with a soft dick think I sortof had my first pleaseurable expercience in a long long time with the wife.
it is pump like BP cuff, is it possiable to get a better erection with a differant pump?
hiow does one keep the [ump clean?
should I use it reguraly, like to keep the blood supply there?

Generally speaking, moderate pumping seems to be good for all men with ED and for older men. The key is "moderate." It fills the erectile chambers with life-giving blood. I always recommend that men get a good metal pump with a pressure gauge.....and buy a cylinder that is an inch longer and just a bit wider than your erection.

You can clean the pump cylinder with a baby bottle brush and mild detergent. Be gentle.

Look into cock rings for maintaining erections. I have had good success with an Osbon tension band. Read through the Pumping Forum. There is a lot of good pumping advice in there. Check out Lapdist.com and find the cylinder sizing chart for good advice on proper cylinder sizing.
