80; married 57 years; HBP well controlled, overweight. Prostate Arterial Embolization Jan 2017: No indication of cancer. Injections failed. Implanted Nov. 2, 2018. Dr. Karin Dolan, Billings, Mt. AMS LGX 15 cm+2 2.5 cm RTE. 65 ml reservoir.

Wichita, KS. Single, 57, 6', 245 lbs, ED pills since '00, Trimix since 02/17. Implant on Oct. 10, 2018 from Clay Mechlin, MD in Columbia, MO. Pre-op nearly 8" cut. Now have Titan 24 cm + 1 cm extender, post-op I have kept my size at nearly 8".

55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

I'm considering getting an implant. It seems like there are two main ones that most guys get. One is the Coloplast Titan and the other is the AMS LGX. Can I get some feedback on which is better or what's the difference between the two?
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

The most important thing is to find a doctor you trust and put your faith in their hands. They can guide you to your best options and describe why it’s best for you.

When I did the research, the consensus was if you're under 7", AMS is fine, but if you're over 7", it's best to go with a Coloplast Titan. And definitely find a high-volume surgeon. This is very important. I spoke to surgeons who told me I could lose up to two inches, and that shouldn't happen unless you've lost some size due to lack of use over a long period of time. high-volume surgeons are very good at what they do and can match her anatomy the best.

What is your girth at?
I'm one of the rare Titan recipients who feels like I've lost a little in girth. Before I measured at 6" circumference, and since the surgery it's 5.75", I believe. I'll measure again soon to be sure. It's been a while.
