I was having problems with my balls getting sucked up. Ouch! The above gadget solved that and made the experience much more comforting. Plus I was able to use just 1 tension band instead of 2.

Maybe you are either going too fast, pumping too hard, or using too much vacuum?
Depending on the pump you're using, one of these may help. Works well when I use a VED with rings. Haven't tried it with a regular vacuum pump.

I think they have been around for a while as there are lots of posts on this site going back quite a few years discussing the device.

I live overseas so would cost me to phone. I’ve tried emailing them multiple tomes butfor sone reason when I do that it fails to deliver and seems to try redirect to art@hiledesign.com which is very bizarre. If I don’t receive it in a few days guess I’ll jusr have to pay for an international call. Pretty poor service though you’d expect a website to have a working email address

look up CaleXotics advanced silicone pump sleeve.Bought a sealing ring from them that fits 1 3/4 to 3 inch cylinders. I think I got it through amazon. It will solve your problem. Nice cushion.

Hell, I can't find it and I know what I am looking for. Google sleeve for male vacuum pump. You need a silicone sleeve for cushion. Also seals better.
