ED is a multifactorial condition and only a doctor can pinpoint the exact cause of your ED. I suggest you get a second opinion, there may be an underlying cause that you are not aware of. My ED was purely psychogenic (coital anxiety) and oral medication was very effective (Cialis, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg), I'm afraid I won't be able to help you much. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.

I realize this is a bit late but have you ever heard of pudendal artery syndrome? With your history of constipation, pelvic floor pain, numbness, etc, it might be something that was overlooked by your doctors.
