Pistachio nuts
I have just been on holiday during which time I ate Pistachio nuts every day whilst having an aperitif. After a few days I noticed that I was able to achieve a good erection much easier than normal. I have since seen articles on the internet which show that there is some scientific research backing this up. I love pistachio nuts and I love them even more now that I have discovered that they are a natural source of arginine. They also help lower cholestorol. Win win
Had a robotic prostatectomy on 16 Dec 2010, with partial bi-lateral nerve sparing.
Re: Pistachio nuts
As far as I know cholesterol is the property of the animal fat and cannot exist in vegetation sources.
This is one of the marketing tricks. For example, on the sun flower oil bottle one can see "No cholesterol. Rich in Vit E". Sounds good and technically is correct. Although any king of vegetation oil will be "no cholesterol" since it simply cannot exist in such oils. On the other hand, any kind of vegetable oil is rich with the Vit E since it is the natural source of such a vitamin.
So while technically all presented is correct, its meaning is basically nonsense. Not much more sense than claims like "our water is rich of wetness".
BTW I eat pistachios almost every day as a treat, but have not noticed any change... Perhaps depends on the underlying ED reason.

Anything that is good for the heart is good for the penis as well.
