AMS LGX VS Coloplast Titan from experience.

I just want to say I have an AMS700LGX and had an upward curve from Peyronies that was still there after implant surgery. It eventually straightened out. I don’t remember exactly when but by my 6 month update it was straight.

With regards to the question about hardness all I can say is a guy with a Titan and I had a mutual show and tell to see firsthand how the two brands compared. We both pumped up to full erection in the same amount of time. We could not detect any difference in hardness, and we both got back to full deflation in the same amount of time. His penis was a bit longer and thicker than mine so you could say his Titan performed quicker because he had more to fill and did it in the same time.

The guy I met with switched to an AMS700LGX mostly due to the dog ears when he was deflated. It pinched his shaft and caused discomfort. He said he was happy he switched to the LGX.

Dammit, I have the same sized implant as you and my doc insisted that LGX would be floppy.
I knew he was wrong and wanted LGX, but he put in CX.
I hate the dog ears and wonder if they can erode?

Ask for your surgical notes I’ll tell you what the distance Was distal and proximal add the two to give you your answer

If this is an attempt to answer drgajic86's question, "how much is going to be inside the body, how much of those 20cm is going to actually be length of my penis?", it is not simple.

If the surgeon made the insertion incision more distal or more proximal, those figures will be altered accordingly. There would be a huge difference depending on the surgeon's technique, which may vary from surgeon to surgeon and even from patient to patient, depending on what the surgeon finds in each patient's particular anatomy, clinically.

Even more so between peno-scrotal approach vs infra-pubic.
