In a follow up answer to your question : I do 25 and after. 30 min. Wife is taken care of I take care of it for another half HR to get, then semi for 1 hr unless I take care of again then it will go down.

I keep hearing & seeing people with weak prescriptions needing to inject 30-60 units to get an hour stiffy. I started with a 150/5/50 prescription for $90 (no insurance) and that's good for 200 injections because 0.05ml is all you need for a 2+ hour stiffy (regardless of being done or even aroused). And injecting less is not only way cheaper, it also hurts way less & is fast to inject! I use Empower Pharmacy (online) for my meds.

Okay guys.... my magic number on this new TRIMIX 2 (30-2-20) is 50 units for an hour of solid wood. I'll wait until I need 60 units before asking for the Super Trimix at 50mcg. Hoping it's not for many, many years to cum....

Way to go, but that is a large dose. I was doing 45 units w/ bi mix and had uro change to tri mix and down to 25 units my no.# tried going lower but to unpredictable for sex. hr hard and hr semi which can be brought back up if I want.

Follow up to above post. Do you guys stay hard after first orgasm? Hard enough to continue after a few seconds or a minute?

Phil65, I am achieving erections hard enough for sex which last about two+ hours. The boner doesn't fade after the first orgasm. The second go takes longer and requires heavy action, and in the third round of fucking, I can eventually have an orgasm, but it takes vigorous masturbation. The dick is willing for two orgasms usually, which really makes my partner smile, but I get really sensitive, to the point of pain and avoid the third try. It takes some getting used to having a great orgasm, and not losing the hard on.

Interesting. My uro skips the 30 and 40mcg, goes straight to 50mcg after the 20mcg becomes ineffective. Maybe I'll stay hard for 3 orgasms. LMAO

Well guys... looks like I have already reached the end of my rope on the 20mcg of Trimix 2.

June 2019: Trimix 30-1-10 and after 2 months of gradual unit increases to 70 units...

September 2019: Trimix 2 (30-2-20)

It's now almost February 2020 and 80 units barely gets me hard for 15 minutes. So I phone call requested the next stronger dose he prescribes: SUPER TRIMIX. He skips the 30 and 40 and goes straight to 50mcg of PGE. I received a phone call from his assistant and the next dose will NOT be the Super Trimix but to keep going with the Trimix 2 (30-2-20) and inject 100 units. WTF? A full syringe! Has anyone put 100 units... into their unit? LOL Seems weird to me to put that much volume in.
