I'm 5 months post-op and I have only been able to climax from manual stimulation. From MS I'm used to it. I still like the thrill of good BJ and sex, but I have no problem being finished by a strong HJ and some women get off watching a man stroking his cock while enjoying his partner visually. I wish that I had more options, but I'm so much happier now. God, I had to use pills and take shots just to masturbate before.

While I love getting a long BJ, I have very rarely been able to cum from oral. It has always taken a great deal of stimulation to get me off and even fucking doesn't always do it. I had this issue before Trimix and don't imagine that will change after my implant.

I'm only 3.5 months post op, so far I haven't been able to ejaculte easily. Actually it's only been once since and that was during penetration. I can't quite get the right stimulation with oral and it's definitely not from a lack of trying. I don't remember having this issue with my first implant after the first month and a half it wasn't a problem. I'm hoping as time goes by the sensitivity will return and I'll be back in shooting range!
