I can't contribute to your poll. After having an RRP I have nerve damage and "NO" erection without pump or injections. I do have some anorgasmia but I'll probably never know if there is any other cause other than the RRP. Perhaps if I got an implant and it suddenly went way I could blame something else besides the RRP. It can still be hard to get off when using a pump and ring.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

I’ll have to say yes to this issue. While I have had some successes with using Trimix I have had my share of problems. Not being able to orgasm is not any fun. Not really sure what to attribute not being able to cum to but I’m sure lot of other guys have experienced this also.

I voted yes on the poll although it doesn't always happen...I do notice more of a problem if I inject less than a week apart from injections....I'm single and see someone weekly in a FWB type situation and if I see her 2-3 times in a week, then I have difficulty..when it happens it's weird cause I can orgasm with her giving me a hj, but not during penetration.. My own theory is one of the Trimix meds more or less numbs or lessens the sensation...

An interesting viewpoint would be someone who uses both trimix and BiMix. Do they experience a difference in sensation with similar erections?
55yo, NYC. ED started at 40. 50 units BiMix + Atropine (Pap 30/Phen 6/Atr 0.2). Prostaglandins caused aching. Doses increasing. A cock ring helps. Phallosan Forte tension devise to maintain size. Eager to talk about implant experiences.

Since my late teen, young adult years, it has always taken a great deal of rigorous stimulation to reach orgasm. I haven't cum from a blowjob more than a couple of times in my life. Trimix has made the issue somewhat worse, but having a rock hard boner and being able to fuck as long as I want, is paradise and has enriched my life. It's a trade-off I am happy with.

I've been dealing with anorgasmia even with masturbation when using trimix over the past 7 years or so.
I have tried a variety of remedies including using the lowest effective dose (about 0.4 on a 1cc syringe), sensate focus exercises,
relaxing beforehand with cannabis, etc, etc all without relief. There was a study a few years ago showing cabergoline might be helpful with male anorgasmia, but for me it didn't seem to help.
About the only thing that will give me a ~25% chance of orgasm is to watch pretty intense porn...the kind of stuff I'm afterward a little ashamed of watching (S&M and such).
I am so grateful to be able to get and stay hard that I'm not willing to give up Trimix, but I would love to find a solution to this issue.
On another note, I was also considering that my Prozac may be playing a role, though discontinuing this for 2 months didn't help me out.
A couple years ago I met with an implant surgeon to see if an implant, which I'd obviously use without the need for Trimix, would allow me to more easily orgasm.
The surgeon suspected the implant wouldn't help, so I'm sticking with Trimix for now.
60 year old from WA. Viagra worked for a few years, then I moved to Trimix. This worked great, but orgasms on Trimix are really difficult to achieve.

Prozac can definitely cause delayed ejaculation, it's prescribed off-label for premature ejaculation.

Wellbutrin can allegedly cause premature ejaculation, and so could help with delayed ejaculation. Wellbutrin can also cause an increase in libido that some find unsettling. It's popular among women for these two reasons. Note, it can cause agitation.

However, given the recent evidence of PSSD (Post-SSRI Sexual dysfunction), I would be cautious with antidepressants.

Try this - I avoided anaorgasmia by doing the following: injected, then immediately jumped into bed and fooled around, got what I felt was a natural erection but was the injection, started having sex and orgasmed before the injection kicked in completely, then had sex again for second rounds.

I used Paxil, SSRI, for a couple of months long ago and my Uro said that could have contributed to my anorgasmia now. I know it did delay orgasm at the time, I damn near couldn't buy an orgasm and effed the wife to death trying. But it has now 30 years since until recently. It escapes me medically how taking Paxil for 2 months 30 years ago could contribute to anorgasmia now, but that's what the Uro suggested. I've ruled out a bunch of other potential causes and think it comes down - for me - to advancing age and advancing peripheral neuropathy. But as pointed out by many, the benefit is a much prolonged session that the wife is more than good with. She actually said, "Where was this the past 50 years." and has gotten comfortable with me working things out later (with increasing difficulty, even with Wellbutrin) every 2 weeks or so. We do what we can.

I guess MAOI's (Wellbutrin) does not have the same effect?
