Mike:
First welcome! This is a good place and there is much experience here. The best thing is to ask away as there is no wrong or inappropriate question. Like you I am here because on PCa and robotic surgery. I also had nerves spared but still the demon stays around. The docs still have a long way to go in understand and assisting us fully.
Sounds as though you have healed from the surgery. Get started on Penile Rehab program. They are multi-faceted and are fun. Use him, stretch him and even though you may not get hard at this point is is still fun and productive. Join the chat room when you can.
If I can help please let me know.
Regards,
Dick

Yes Mike,
Get old junior out and use him everyday. I regret having gone through ten years of no erections and not even knowing what penile rehab was. I didn't learn about it till I found this place. That's when I realized the uro I had been seeing for ten years either didn't know jack or cared less about my sexual health. I got my viagra, cialis, lavitra, and my VED from my PCP...She was honest and told me she thought I should try a different urologist, and referred me to my current uro guy. He was upfront and honest about all the damage I had, what he thought he could do, and what to expect. So far my wife and I are very happy.

55 years old. ED since 2002 total venous leakage after penile fracture. Tried all the pills and injections all failed to help. Some success with VED, but felt too unnatural to both of us, seldom used. Implanted 06/21/12. Trying to wear IT out.
Re: New Guy!
Thanks for the replies. When the urologist met with my wife and I to discuss the surgery,he mentioned ED in passing. To be honest being dx with CANCER was the only demon dancing in my head. Now hopefully having the surgery behind me, I can work on the ED issue.I have posted unde the "mental" topic cause that is one of my concerns.
