Feeling kinky - not THAT kind of kinky

I’m 5 weeks post op. Activated with an AMS 700. Grower not a shower. My doc says because of my anatomy about 2/3 of my implant is in my pelvic area and 1/3 in the shaft of my penis. (Apparently 50/50 is more common). When I cycle I feel some bumps and kinks at the base of my penis. Doc said to massage and model the area and they will smooth out over time. That it’s scar tissue that’s doing this. Doesn’t feel great and I feel like it could be impeding full extension (might just be my imagination, they are mostly pebble sized kinks). Any advice on how to best smooth things out?

Following ... I have those bumps also. Doc told me the same thing, it seems to me the only way this will stretch it when the flaccid penis gets longer. But everyone is different I guess.
