PGE-1 highest safe dose?

Hey folks,

Iam wondering what is the highest safe PGE-1 dose?

I have tried 10,20,30 and 50mcg and doesnt seem to work at all. The only time it did work was when i stacked it with IGF-1 des 40mcg but it was not 100% erect.

Would increasing to say 70-100mcg of PGE-1 be safe?

My symptoms have lasted over a decade, severe peyronies, no bend just the whole shaft is completely severely densed up in hard fribrosis scar tissues.Veinous leakage due to damaged veins at the base both sides, complete buckle at the base on right side it aims to the right naturally.

Good thing is after years of researching and experimenting with no Thanks to 6 doctors, 1 endocrinologist and a Urologist I have experienced some progress with:

TRT 100mg total weekly split in shots Mon,Tue,Wed
HGH+IGF-1 ED

Cialis 5mg ED 1-2day breaks every 2-3 weeks
Viagra/Levitra half the full dose when required

Dmso+iodine+ vite/evening primrose oil x2 massage to soften peyronies scarring.

This regime has helped me gain back a previous loss of 3.4" length and .25" girth over the last few years.Also it has belped me to achieve a decent erection from being completely impotent.

I take 10+ other supplements for "mercury poisoning" but Iam not sure if the other supps help with these symptoms. I have taking countless tests over the years and just about every vitamin, mineral, amino acid, hormones as well was VERY low hence the need to supplement due to mercury poisoning.

Iam hoping to increase the PGE-1 dose so hopefully that it provides a 100% erection for at least 10mins wthout the need of a ring. I would be very satisfied. Right now I can achieve a 80% erection on a good day but I have to hold or stimulate myself otherwise it will become flacid straight away. With the use of a ring Iam able to maintain for 10-20mins but the glans becomes cold , numb and the sensation is 90% less.

Have you tried Trimix? Apparently, the two other ingredients supplement the PGE-1 while also reducing the potential for pain. You might want to try doses of 75 to 100 of Trimix to see if it is more effective. I have also read that some guys gent better results it they slip on a cock ring before injecting and leave it on for ten minutes,

You should try trimix. Im down to a 10 unit dose lasting 2 hours

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately Iam unable to source Trimix & I have to source the pge-1 myself. I have a few bodybuilder buddies who have tested this source and at 5mcg of PGE-1 by itself they have reported a 100% erection that lasted 3-4 hours, I have went up to 50mcg with no effect.

Iam wondering if my PGE-1 was damaged through internationally shipping or possibly being shipped in the middie of the hot summer so I have asked the supplier if they can resend in powder form which is much less delicate.

I find stacking the PGE-1 & IGF-1 Des reduced the pain by two thirds. At 30mcg of PGE-1 the pain is not pleasant at all but when shot with IGF-1 des 40mcg it was no problem at all.

I do a massage with dmso,iodine to soften the scars then slip on a cock ring before injecting at the base then leave it on for 10-20mins. As soon as I remove it I have to manually stimulate myself to keep an erection although when shot with IGF-1 Des the erection quality is some what stronger.

Iam going to switch the placement of the cock ring from behind the testes to in front so it is only constricting the shaft and not the testes as well. I find this placement more effective in holding a stronger erection so possibly it may help keep the PGE-1 located in the corpus cavernosum and produce a 100% quality erection.

Some info on PGE-1 strengths. I have used 50mcg/ml strength (using only .1 to .15 ml for 100% for 1+ hour).

Also have tried 250mcg/ml in .05 - .2 ml injects ... also for 100% for 1-2 hrs.

(it could be the 250mcg/ml solution had lost some of its effectiveness , although it was always kept frozen until use).
