I did reply to everyone who requested info in PM's.

The name brand is Misoprost when you search for it on All Day Chemist.

You will need some sort of blunt-nosed syringe -- or jury rig a blunt-nose blob of glue on a regular plastic irrigation type syringe you can buy at any drug store. It should have a good size syringe inner diameter tip because the pill dissolves and is fairly thick in water.

The velcro straps are at Home depot and other places that sell velcro cable ties:

(these are great for increasing EQ for any type of ED med you use -- just like a cock ring by infinitely adjustable).


Can you lay out the step to step the 200mg how does that compare in strenth to say straight pg1 as for injectors i hace the ideal one came with my t cream applicator

Certainly, this is all a great DYI weekend project once you get all the stuff.

A single 200mcg sploosh is almost as good as my normal 50/60/70mcg PGE1 injections. And the Miso May even last a little longer. For me the Velcro strap boosts to 110% in a minute .. and can reboost to 100% a few times more by steadily tightening the strap.

I did notice I get cold shivers after urethral inject — which does not happen with cavernosum injects .. not sure why, except skin blood vessel dilation maybe? Just a tiny nuisance.

Learning a lot from these discussions..I was happy with muse until my insurance stopped covering it a few years ago. My local compounding pharmacy was making trimix gel, and I just switched to alprostadil gel from them, I only pay $20 each applicator. I know they ship trimix shots everywhere so they’d probably do the same with the gel. I may be ready to move to shots at some point but this works for now

Don’t know the rules if I can put pharmacy information here (I’m new) but you can PM me if that’s what you’re looking for. I’m very happy with the gel for now but my doc says shots work better, afraid to start with them. Gel and occasional combo with pills gets me what I need for the time being

I used it a long time ago. Gel worked OK ... better than MUSE as it is applied up and down the urethra rather than a point source like MUSE which could burn or irritate. The company I used went out of business and I moved on to injections instead.

Currently, I switched to Misoprostol 200 tablets (200 ug PGE-1 each). They are dissolved in water and splooshed in urethra just like Trimix Gel would be. They work great .. give no ache at that 200 ug level (which is very low amount really -- but could be stacked to give 400ug of course) and only cost a $.84 each from All Day Chemist.

But I also use a velcro tie that I cinch around cock-and-ball package and that can easily get you to 110% erection quality over and over for a few hours or more (and just release the velcro a bit if it becomes too uncomfortable.






Can you say how strong and how many units of pge1 you used and now one pill does the same? And plain water crush pill mix with water inject into ureatha and keep there 10 min then ?????

Well sometimes your just not lucky tried to order all was well went to list address seems the philippines.is not included in the places they will sell this drug. Side note its also one of 2 drugs used to have a miscarriage. So maybe that is why also note to buy the pill here it cost 25 dollars each i will be in us soon anyone try this method yet i do wonder.if 1 pill has a 200ug is approx same strength as xxxx units of pge1

That's a bummer about no go to the Philippines. Does being a Catholic country have to do with that? (and yes it is an abortion/miscarriage pill).

It is hard to say what 200ug pill is equivalent to compared to injected PGE-1 ....
I use from 50ug to 70ug PGE-1 injected and I would say it could be equivalent.
For me, that velcro strap works/helps for both methods to get to 100% or more.
