Wow, I wish I had ran across this much sooner in life, expecially MrAverage. Cool site, I enjoyed his humor. I also discovered that I am actually considered large.

Danny - I had my LGX put in almost 18 months ago now. You can read the whole ordeal in the implant forums under "LGX log". I tried to accurately document the whole journey, at Paul's urging. I took measurements before surgery using quad-mix and the results and pictures are there for all to see. I used part of a vacuum pump to measure with, as it effectively finds the pubic bone, no cheating. Because the reservoir is adjacent to the penis, I find it is in the way to use the pump to measure my current length, but I found a shoehorn works great. Push the short part tight in to your body and measure from the tip of the horn to the tip of the penis and add the length of the horn. I just did that they other night, after doing my "pump to the max" exercise for my LGX, and I'm just over 7" in length and about 5.25 in girth. According to MrAverage, I'm above average. Considering I'm a big guy (as in football player big not Santa Clause big, 6'2" and 275 pounds), I always felt short changed, I saw lots of guys much smaller than me just as big (soft of course) as me.

The point of this for Danny is - don't sweat it. I haven't lost anything. And, there is no such thing as shrinkage, even when "pressed" into action. If I place the tip of my penis at an opening and go forward 6" with my hips, my penis is going 6" past that opening, guaranteed. Most guys with a decent erection can't say that, it will compress when pressed forward, maybe only 1/4 or 1/2 inch, but it won't go in the full 6". So, you could lose 1/2" after surgery, but she will not feel the difference in length, but trust me, she will feel the difference! It don't compress in girth either!

All of this talk about size got me curious. I've said on here many times that after getting an implant, you will become a shower, even if you were previously a grower. I actually still have "issues" getting my penis stowed in a comfortable place when I sit down. And, I do have a noticable bulge now, something I never had before. I had never actually measured myself flaccid since surgery, so I did it last night. Shoe horn method to the pubic bone, I am 5-1/2" limp, just over 7" fully pumped. So you guys who are considering implants, now you have at least one example of what to expect.

OK, I'm new here. I've been reading this thread & the ladies have a great attitude, thankyou for your insight. And you guys have a great sense of humor... lovin it!
I want to reply to an earlier post where the gentleman stated it hurt his wife if he hit her cervix. That's probably true for vigorous thrusting, we'll agree. However, that's not always the case. My GF, at one time, had screaming Os... I was in deep & rubbing her cervix when we rocked gently. And she did know what was what as she was an RN for Planned Parenthood. I had this happen with others... missionary with her knees to chest. Alas, my current belly precludes this position.
Even as a thin & fit young man, I think I was shy of 6".
A couple of years ago, I had the UTI from Hell... (long story, not room here) which spread causing permanant sexual damage & changes. So I now have enlarged testicles and "turtle dick" when flacid... It's especially upsetting as it's very hard to pee without peeing on myself. I can get erect with a small dose of Viagra or sometimes with a very persistant partner (perhaps showing some improvement?). With my current belly & etc, I don't know what my erect length might be.

This is Karen shippers wife again. I can"t believe all the probelms you guys went through and still worrying about an inch or so lost in penis size.

First, everything I read says that a woman only has feeling in her first 4" of very vagina and most of her pleasure is in her clitoris. So 4'' is all a woman needs and maybe not even that much. Also as a woman goes through menopause she loses some feeling in her vagina. Therefore, you need to concentrate on her clioris either with hand or orally.

So stop worrying about size. Its no that important

There is a new discovery for me with your message. I was pretty sure that length expansion was not possible for any type of implants but LGX. But even with the LGX model, I though the length expansion was rather "permanent" than during the actual inflation (kind of - once expanded in length it stays that long even when deflated).
Now with your explanation it looks like I was wrong - the cylinders do go back in girth and LENGTH when deflated. Interesting...

I had a good friend years ago who was 7 1/2" soft, and a full 12" hard. The word got out about him in the town we lived in and he had his pick of females eager to date him. I felt so inferior ! He picked up a good looking black chick once who worked at a convenience store where we would buy beer. The next day he was quite mad. Shipper, I don't understand. What do you mean when you say, "My wife has been with a couple and said they are what they made up to be."? Can you elaborate?

I agree that I have been with one woman that was a 38 DD and she was definitely a flop in bed. The size of her boobs made no difference to me. There are so many other characteristics more important than having huge boobs. I don't doubt that having huge boobs provides draws the attention of men, but for me boob size is way down the list of features important in a relationship or in bed for that matter.

The widow I am in a relationship with now indirectly let me know that I have the smallest penis of the other two men in her life. Her 6' 4" husband of thirty years and a 6' 3' boyfriend for two years were both larger than me. I am 5' 8". She has consistently told me that I am much better in bed than either of them. She said that a large penis makes no difference to her. She claims that the entire foreplay and sexually time is much better with me than with them. While they were larger, they tended to only want to take care of their needs in bed and were not as focused on making the experience great for her. I want to believe her. But I have my doubts regarding what she says at times, since I am dealing with ED issues and performance problems. I certainly hope that she is just not telling me this to make me happy...although it does make me very happy. I suppose unless I learn otherwise, I need to trust what she says.
