Place the ring as close to the pubic bone as possible. Your erection will not be hard behind the ring. That is the problem for me with the VED. I end up with a big purple cold dick that has no support from within. For me, the feeling goes numb within a few minutes. It could work better for you if you have some blood flow with stimulation. This weekend may be to soon to learn any new ED fixes. Since this is a new relationship it might be best to talk with her about your condition before you get to the bedroom. Who knows maybe a new hot relationship will get more blood flowing where it needs to be. ;)

No she knows all about my ED we have been having ED sex a few times a week for 3mths. Like I said I can get hard enough to penetrate just not hard enough for her to get off. So either I will get her off before or after I do with a hollow strapon.

I am just trying to use the pump and ring to take me from say 50-70% hard now to 95%ish with the pump. I am just guessing and I don't know but if I am typically hard enough to get in and stay in thru my orgasm does that mean I will stay hard enough behind the ring to no get the hinge?

You will not be hard behind the ring, unless your ed is only partial. I push the cylinder as close to my body as possible while snapping on the ring, but there is still a couple inches of penis inside my body which will not be hard because it is behind the ring. My dick stands straight out from my body after pumping, but does not point up. We overcome this angle problem during intercourse by using a wedge under my wife's ass. It lifts her up about 6 inches, and i can get full penetration at that angle.

That is impossible to kow until you try it. If you become 50-70% erect without pumpinig, the part of your penis inside you body should be 50-70%. Pumping may even draw more blood from the hidden part of your penis so you will notice more of a hinge effect with the ring on. It sounds like you have an understanding partner so just take your time and experiment with it. I usually get my wife off first with oral or hands and toys. Once she is relaxed and wet she is happy to let me try whatever gets me off and sometimes her again. I have found if I try to "preform" it just creates more problems for me.

Buckster,
On the pump swivel issue, be sure to check out the Penile Sleeve device. It is mentioned over in the Articles section of the website. It completely solves the swivel effect giving a nice strong straight erection. Also it somewhat alleviates some of the annoying ache of the rings (that slip over and onto the sleeve). It really is a great design.

I've used it many times in the past (before moving on to Trimix). Give it a look. They even make an extended length version which gives even more support.

Ok I'll be honest those things look pretty strange to me. Plus how do they feel for your partner? I can't imagine if you are pounding that they would be too comfortable for her.

Hooks,

They conform perfectly with your shaft ... There is no edge or lip that would cause any discomfort. If anything, it adds some more girth at the base. Who doesn't want a bit more girth, yah? And the material is a form that is very lifelike and slightly spongy.

If you use one (say the MEDIUM) that maybe feels bit too tight, it will help prevent the pump from causing your pumped erection to become TOO inflated and girthy. Yes, the missus complained when I used the large size that I was too wide -- the large allowed the shaft to get too much girth. The medium size, amazingly, held the expansion in check and made the girth Just Right.

There's a thread on the whole penile sleeve thing .. from maybe a year ago. Pictures too I think.

Yes, once you find the the right cock ring/constriction band. I have severe ED, and I can achieve a rock hard erection, even without pumping. If you can achieve a 50 to 75 % erection without assistance, I do not think you necessarily need to pump first unless of course you want the increased girth you get with pumping.

The tigniter the constriction, the harder the erection. Unfortunately, the tighter the constriction the quicker you start to loose sensitivity and the less time you can wear it before it needs to be removed. Usually between 20 to 30 minutes. Also, the tighter the constriction, the more difficult it is to ejaculate.

I would follow Paul's advice and experiment with inexpensive cock rings moving progressively smaller and tighter as you go until you find the best fit. As you do so, you will be conditioning your dick to handle smaller and tighter rings.

Something you may want to try. Stretch out a 1/2 inch rubber band several times in order to slightly reduce the starting tension. Generously lube your shaft balls and the rubber band. Double it over and stretch it around your whole unit (behind your balls). Kegel a number of times to "pump" in some additional blood. Should give you a good idea what a tight cock ring will accomplish. Once I was conditioned, I used this technique for intercourse for a number of years until I discovered the Osbon tension band.

Well I am going to try the obson medium/medium tonight. If that doesnt work I'll go medium/high. I don't have time to go to the sex shop tonight.

Thank for all your help so far. I'll post a TR monday.

Good luck with the Osbon. I get great results with the medium Osbon with standard (medium) tension. My girth at mid shaft is about 5 inches
