Re: Pump conference call
Here is the information.
http://firmamedical.com/PatientPartnerSupport/Patient/ASKBILL.aspx
Firma Medical is the ONLY maker who does this. They are the best, by far, when it comes to patient support. Unlike some of the other bigger makers, these guys really care about the men.
There is also a woman therapist for women to talk to. "Ask Allison"

Re: Pump conference call
I agree Paul. I've had my Firma pump now for a week. I listened in on the conference call this past wednesday. Bill, the moderator, does an excellent job, is very open and willing to listen, offer suggestions, and a few other participants also have made suggestions to/for others.
Sorry about the time zone confusion; They are in North Central Texas, so it will be central time zone.
My uro doc was very high on this particular pump and said it was the best he had seen with great customer support. He signed one of their Rx forms which I filled in, and faxed to them along with my insurance information. They confirmed my coverage, and shipped my pump out fedex.
It's a good little system that comes complete with various rings, adaptors, and other accessories to facilitate your experience.
I'm still learning to use it, but things are improving perceptably.
