I tried the gel a couple times. Hated it.
First - the application was worse than regular trimix injection needle. The gel came in a plastic syringe the size of a pen, and the instructions were to shove the whole thing down into my urethra and then inject the gel. It was horrifying. I got some in there, but then you have to hold your penis upwards so it doesn't dribble out. My dick got a little puffy and red and painful, but no usable erection. Even if it worked, seems like you'd need to use a condom to avoid leaking the gel into your partner.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
