67 yr old married 43 yrs having trouble coming to climax during intercourse with dear wife. looked online and it's called anorgasmia. Anyone dealing with this?

Did this come on slowly? are you diabetic? any other health problems?

Health is very good. ED began from venous leakage (2003).
Used Cialis (2003-2017), penile injections (2018-2019), 4 implants (2020-2021), now have an AMS 700 installed.

Hey Guys!

I dealt with this on and off for several years. My doctor and I would try different things periodically but nothing made any difference. I even took cabergoline long term trying to do something to help. I could not tell it made any difference. Finally stopped taking it!
I have some ongoing medical problems which I think contributed to the anorgasmia. Wish you all the best!

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
