Lengt in VED vs manual etection

Postby smphead » Sun Jan 26, 2020 3:27 am

Guy's, when i have a erection by manual stimulation i get around to 17 cm.
I

What is your advise for a VED?
1. Be safe and stay a little lower at 16
2. Just go for the same length, 17 cm
3. Push a little more for more fresh ood and elasticity to 18 cm

Thanx in advance

I think the rule is you should feel a stretch but not pain. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Implanted in New Delhi on 26/12/19 with AMS CX (15x12) + 4cm RTE
Post op length 4.5 inches from ~ (5.5 to 6) inches. Disappointed!

Yes, you don’t want to feel pain. As far as length of cylinder, my cylinder is 8” long or like 21cm. Puts a good stretch on me. Preferably get a VED with a gauge and my doctor said to not pump over 10.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

Well, I did even use 12mmhg but only for short intervalls.

I d go with as long as possible in the VED while still feeling comfortable.

If you have severe ED usually the erection in the ved is bigger than your natural ones.

Depends on what you want to achieve.

If you want to gain size you should use a pump with a gauge. Start with 10 to 15 minutes at 3 in. of mercury (3hg) and slowly (over several weeks) build up to 20 minutes at 5 hg and then add a second session a day.

If you want to improve erection quality you should be using pulse pumping - pump up to 5 hg for three minutes and then reduce the vacuum to 2 hg for a minute or so. Repeat four or five times. This mimics the natural process your dick goes through during REM sleep during the night.

In the beginning I'd get blisters until I learned to watch it.
If you have any kind of congenital vascular abnormality like an aneurism in your cock that could rupture from excessive dilation this could happen but only an angiogram would reveal that.
ED induced lack of erections caused my penis to both shrink and HARDEN which is a sign that tissue is degrading. Pumping reversed the effect that had done this (how I can only guess) by giving me artificial erections, so obviously blood flow is a major factor in penis size.
Ergo as long as you avoid blistering and don't have vascular defects pushing the limit within sensible limits may result in increased size or at least maintaining size.
Pain is usually in the blister zone, but I watch and at the first sign of anything that looks like a tiny blister I stop pain or not.
One thing I believe helps is cycling - pumping to the pain threshold, depress until the cock stops shrinking, then pump up and repeat.
