My recommendation to anyone out there is practice, practice, practice, and patience, patience, patience. My original dose was 14 units. After carefully increasing the dose is now 35 units. I now inject in completely different locations from before and waggle/stimulate immediately after injection to prevent the med from leaving the penis. Now, once I get hard I make sure it stays hard. For me, after about a half hour or so, it pretty much stays hard on its own but I don't risk losing it until I am absolutely sure we are done.

A problem I did encounter was the next morning she was ready to go full blast again! I popped a Viagra 100 but was only solid for about 10 minutes of intercourse...not nearly long enough. We still got busy and she was'nt left hanging. Do you guys have any advice the morning after sex? What is the waiting period really for in regard to trimix...is it to make sure the meds have left the organ, or to let the pecker rest and recover? Not for everyone, but I use my VED and a tight constririction band for non-Trimix days. I can maintain a hard, slightly larger erection for up to 30 minutes; however, I start to loose sensitivity after 10 to 15 minutes. A little Viagra helps to get things started. It is not the most convenient and comfortable procedure, but you do what you have to do when it absolutely, positively has to be there.

On an occasional basis, an injection the following morning, will not cause any problems.

I've done the evening followed by a morning salute using Trimix a few times. I detected no extra hard times due to such close timespan (but I only use 10 units anyways). It stayed hard about the same amount of time as always (1-2 hours). And switch injection sides as always.

Super glad to hear that you now have the method. So yeah, take two syringes with you in the future.

Due to my injury, I actually take like an hour and a half to two hours anyway, and I informed her beforehand.
