I've had tourist Dentistry in Costa Rica. USA trained dentists are very common in CR.

Big difference in my tooth to Dick. well, maybe not that BIG but I can fix fucked up teeth.....

Thailand does major operations for tourist. Anyone heard an IPP report from there.

Many have to go abroad for gender reassignment surgery. MTF surgery requires an implant after creation of a penis...but that’s different than installing an IPP in an existing dick. May be a place to start if one can only afford overseas costs.

FTM (female to male) requires a fabricated penis via the clitoris, not MTF (male to female).,

Or FTM can do IPP as well. Metoidoplasty uses the clitoris, where Phalloplasty uses the IPP. Which is covered on my insurance for body dysmorphia. But not for ED. Just saying.

Probably there are great surgeons out there, but they must do this all the time to be good. I have studied medicine and there was a saying - surgeons are not doctors, they are craftsmen. The more of these you do, the better you are and... you charge more. We have a premium breast implant surgeon in my country and people come all over europe to get boob jobs with him. I read interview and he said he has done almost 20 000 boob jobs and this is why he is good, if someone has done 40 000, he would be better.
So research and if you find someone who does hundreds of these per year you may consider it. Hospital bills in the states are outrageous scam. Here the whole surgical team, 2 days in hospital cost about 3 000 USD and this is if the operation is elective. If it is health issue the total cost is 35 USD.

My older brother used to get his dental & vision care across the border from Yuma Arizona. Bought a lot of his medicines there also. Seemed to be happy with the service. But he never had any sugeries that I'm aware of.

How about this indian Urologist, Dr Vijayant Govinda Gupta ? He seems to be knowledgeable and he has trained with Sean Park in South Korea. Also he claims to be the largest volume penile implant surgeon in India.
