Finasteride!
I’ve been on it for ten years for enlarged prostrate. My first visit with urologist he told me that my BP med, lisinopril-hctz and finasteride were both known for causing ED. He said I could stop taking finasteride and I did, after a month off of it my penis was showing some signs of life. But! The same visit was ordered blood work and follow up visit. Four weeks later follow up showed PSA number jumped, l was put back on Finasteride, less than two weeks later penis went back to nothing again.
Rusty4 Hated side effects of pills, they quit working over year ago
Goal is future implant, enjoying trimix for now,
Worried, PSA number rising .

You're definitely not alone in this. I've been on Finasteride long-term too, and yeah—it hit me with ED as well. Thankfully, there are different techniques and meds that have really helped me manage it. It's frustrating, but there are ways to improve things. Stay strong! ;)

Own wife (10 years+ married)
49, healthy, fit. Mild-moderate ED for 10 years due to nerve damage. On 5mg Cialis daily. Looking for a miracle cure.

I thought Buspirone was specifically given because it didnt cause ED or other sexual disorders.
39 m UK

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

I thought caffeine was supposed to be pro erectile? Read that coffee has some positive impact.

Caffeine is pro erectile but for some people can cause anxiety (a erectile killer)
