Spedra or Stendra (avanafil) is now my #1 ED treatment.
I tried it yesterday for the first time and even though I was a bit anxious, results were excellent.
Cialis was my favorite treatment for many years and it worked very well but I think I'm going to quit.
Stendra acts faster (only 15 min!) and the effect lasts for 10 hours, whereas Cialis is much slower (1 to 2 hours) and lasts for 48 hours. I don't need a chemical drug in my body for so long and Spedra allows for more spontaneity.
Side effects (headaches, stuffy nose) are less intense with Spedra, it is a more selective, improved treatment.
I have also ordered apomorphine sublingual tablets for the treatment of ED, I'll keep you guys posted on the results.

Can you keep us updated on your experience with Spedra? My Dr gave me a prescription for it but it's so damn expensive that I haven't tried it...
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Yes, it really is expensive but it's worth every cent and I don't trust generics.
So far, so good. Stendra is amazing, I can't praise it enough. Cialis is too slow to work and in my case probably lost some efficacy over the years.
Conclusion #1: Not all PDE-5 inhibitors are the same, choosing the right brand is essential.

Were the side effects less harsh?
I purchased some from a research site and it was bunk. I'd love to order some legit but its soo costly.

Just checked on GoodRx. Seems you can get this stuff for just 50 bucks per pill, more or less. For once a week that's 200 bucks a month. Doesn't seem worth it to me, but then I have no skin in the game any more.

Yes, definitely less harsh. I only experienced some dizziness a few hours after sex, nothing serious.
Cialis is slower to act and stays in your body for much longer (48 hours!), that's crazy. Spedra has a much better safety profile, no question about it.

Re: Spedra (avanafil)
Anyone else on here take this? Would be interested in some more thoughts.
When I take Viagra 25ng, it seems to work better 6 hours later rather than 1 hour later (although it still works at the hour point)... I dare say it's not reaching peak concentration after an hour, maybe Spedra would help?

29. Mild ED since 2018 most likely caused from CPPS. Can still have hard erections and have sex but morning wood is rare and also have PE. May occasionally take Viagra 25mg with good results.

Everyone is different, reactions vary a lot.
All PDE-5 inhibitors are different, I tried them all and Spedra (avanafil) is now my favorite. It is also the quickest to act, I suggest you consult your doctor (urologist) and see if it's right for you.
